How do I open the PANDORA clasp on my bracelet?

Gently slide your fingernail into the groove on the barrel clasp. The clasp will release with slight pressure.

PANDORA also offers a decorative Clasp Opener. Gently place the flower petal edge into the grove on the barrel clasp. The clasp will release with slight pressure. The clasp opener is also very useful in opening the PANDORA clips.

What is the warranty on PANDORA?

PANDORA Towson stands by all PANDORA products. Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects for two years. This would include, but are not limited to, defective clasp, loose bracelet threads and missing gem stones. General wear and tear and improper cleaning are not covered.

Oxidized bracelets are specially treated to give them their deep, dark appearance. The finish on these bracelets may fade over time as the beads slide or due to exposure to water. This is not a defect of the oxidized bracelet, it is normal wear and tear and is therefore, not covered by the warranty.

How do I clean my PANDORA jewelry?

To clean your PANDORA jewelry, simply use lukewarm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Make sure to rinse thoroughly to remove all soap.

To remove caked-on dirt, let it soak in lukewarm soapy water for 10 minutes. Gently brush it clean with a soft toothbrush then rinse thoroughly to remove all soap.

For a shinier surface, you can stop by any of our locations for a FREE in-store cleaning or polish.

WARNING - DO NOT EXPOSE PANDORA JEWELRY TO CHEMICALS
